  • Size F/5/3.75mm crochet hook or size needed to obtain gauge
  • Tapestry needle

Cut 2 strands yarn each 8 inches in length. Holding both strands tog, fold in half, pull fold though, pull ends through fold. Pull to tighten.
Attach Fringe in each ch sp around bottom edge.
